It should be a crime that I havent seen Waste Management yet! I have an excuse as they have nevver played in Japan but now Im hoping to fix that in the near future. I havent had a chance to see any of the new scene bands recently. I was fortunate to be able to finally see Free Spirit in the flesh for the first time on sunday and it was worth the wait. Good gig and good band. Now I just gotta catch WM, the Rival Mob, and Step Forward! You dont see many shirts like the one from up on ebay so I suggest you pick it up. Also if you havent copped their new 7″ from Painkiller records than I suggest you do that here

Municipal Waste – Metal As Fuck Tee

The other day, I was telling Cushman about this show I was attending. I told him I was excited to see Waste Management and he TOO got excited. He started telling me about how much he really likes that band. They play “his kind of thrash.”

Yeah, the thrash statement confused me. Waste Management isn’t really a thrash band. I questioned him further, and it turns out he thought I was talking about Municipal Waste. When he realized I was not, his only comment was, “Waste Management is a terrible name. They’re going to get sued.”

Fucking Cushman.
