Mouthpiece Collegiate

We’ve seen this Mouthpiece shirt before but I don’t think we’ve seen this colorway. Normally, we see the gray and green colorway which was sold at This Is Hardcore and I gotta say I really dig this one. The gray and purple reminds me of the Ray and Porcell 7 inch. Nice huge Rev star on the back. itsxdead says it was bought during the “recent tour with Youth Of Today” which I think was in June of last year. Was this printed in any other colorways?

I’m hoping Tim will chime in here with some specifics on this Mouthpiece shirt for sale by bopejo. I would imagine that not many of these were made, especially in XL. I don’t know about you, but I would wear this one. The fading on the back looks pretty cool, but the front looks pretty crispy clean. Kinda weird, but I like it.

Mouthpiece rarities ending in 3 hours!

Seller delapasion has some Mouthpiece gems that are ending in a few hours. The star of the bunch is this first shirt, but be sure to note that these are all tailored. Oh well, smaller dudes only!

“Mouthpiece- What Was Said T-Shirt from 1994 I guess. Bought it from Kurt (Catalyst Records) when he was selling his shirt/record collection in 2007 or so. He told me he bought it from Andrew Kline (Strife), and he was sure that this is the exact same shirt that Kline is wearing in the picture of Strife “One Truth” CD, so I guess this is a piece of hardcore history, haha.
I asked Tim McMahon about this shirt a couple years ago and he said there were a dozen or less in existence so bid hard if you don’t want to lose this opportunity.
Shirt is in pretty beat up condition. Has SEVERAL holes, yeah, a lot! Mostly in the seams, a some around the printed area. Collar is also ripped at the top. Besides all that, shirt was hemmed. Originally it was an X-Large shirt, but it fits like a bigger Medium / smaller Large.”

“Mouthpiece- Can We Win T-Shirt from 1991. Bought it on eBay in 2006. This is their 2nd shirt ever, it was printed by the band before the first 7″ came out. Shirt is not white btw, is ash grey.
Shirt is in pretty good condition for a shirt this age (20 years already!). Printing presents very little fade, almost unnoticeable. Has two small holes, one close to the collar and the other one like 2 inches above the ‘c’ in Mouthpiece. Collar is also a little ripped at the top in a couple spots. Small yellow stain just above the front printing, between the ‘o’ and the ‘u’ in Mouthpiece. Besides all that, shirt was hemmed. Originally it was an X-Large shirt, but it fits like a Medium.”

“Mouthpiece- Face Tomorrow Summer Tour 95 T-Shirt. Bought it on eBay in 2005.
Shirt is in great condition. Printing presents some cracking and fading, as you can see in the picture of the back print. No holes, no ripped collar. Although, shirt was hemmed. Originally it was an X-Large shirt, but it fits like a Medium.”

Can We Win With This Longsleeve?

I think itsxdead made a mistake when he was listing this. Olive green? Looks white to me…either way, great looking Mouthpiece longsleeve from their first 7 inch. Was this printed by New Age? New Age had their logo on just about everything they printed back then so was this printed by the band? Looks great for being 20 years old.

Mouthpiece Straight Edge

We see our fair share of Mouthpiece merch on here but I feel like this one doesn’t pop up too often. I always loved this design and xburgunderx kept it in great shape. This was printed for the “Face Tomorrow” record, their last. 2 sided print with straight edge on both sides but sadly no New Age Records sleeve print. I always respected the fact that they were up front about being straight edge and that Tim still holds it down. Still bummed I missed them at This Is Hardcore this year…maybe Ill scoop this up and pretend I made it in time.

Good Day For Grease

Not sure how or why, but today is fully packed with Mouthpiece gems. This hooded sweatshirt from mattxenemy is just another example. You can’t really go wrong with it.** It has a solid “college football” feel that I can get behind. Throw in that XXX, and I’m game.

Powell Peralta ‘Piece

I remember seeing dudes wearing these Mouthpiece jackets at Edge Day 2000. They were awesome. Just a bad ass look, very appropriate jacket for the print, you know? Apparently two dozen were made for the mini reunion tour Mouthpiece did. I don’t recall any being sold at Edge Day so I’m assuming they sold out the first or second night. Grab this one from nogunri. Since Martin Castro already has one, you won’t have to fight him for it …

Oh man would it have killed x614x to take one pic that was a little less blurry?!? Regardless of pic quality I think people will probably bid this shirt up(even if it is navy). I love the pocket print on this shirt. Always a classic look.

You are looking at a Mouthpiece Livewire Records shirt from the stillborn Discography cd. Seller tguseba assures us that “the neck is perfect”. Good to know. I’m surprised that this one is already up to $15. It’s a good day to be a Mouthpiece shirt!
