localsonly! comes correct and immediately apologizes. It made me laugh. But you know what made me laugh more? Is the fact that he posted this GIANT Chimaira lot. And instead of apologizing for owning 6+ Chimaira shirts, he apologized for terrible iPhone pics … Ouch.

Sleeves Still Suck

randomhero123 knows what I’m saying. He’s got an ass ton of sleeveless tshirts up on ebay, all ending soon. And for the most part, each is still less than a dollar. Hell, it’s cheaper to buy these sans sleeves than to buy a regular tee and cut them off yourself. Think about that.

What we have here is a pretty crispl looking Maximum Penalty jersey. I like that it is plain and simple. Great colors as well. What I want to know is if this is an older design, or if the seller is trying to cash in on his This Is Hardcore merch. Buske?

While this isn’t a piece of TIHC exclusive merch or anything, I still wanted to post this Maximum Penalty shirt that hottdogg9000 has up so that I’d have an excuse to comment on their set from TIHC…

Now look. I’ve seen MaxPen many, many times since they reunited. My old band even played the Absolution reunion with them. And try as I might, I had never been able to get into them. Don’t know why. Just never clicked. Watching their set at TIHC though… it clicked. Totally won me over. One of my favorite sets of the weekend, and given the competition, that’s saying a lot.

Maximum Penalty is that band that I feel I should like more but dont. In fact I couldnt even tell you last I listened to anything by them. I figure listening to them is just taking away from time that could be spent listening to Breakdown. The only time I can recall seeing them at a gig was at Hardcore for Hunger and we left before they went on. I mean after seeing Straight Ahead do you really need to see anything else?!? If I was smart I would have stopped going to shows completly on that day. End on a high note. Hindsight is 20/20 right. My question to you – are there any MP super fans? Im guessing there are and they are probably the same people who payed $70 bucks for an uppercut shirt a few month back

Before the Great American Hardcore fest at Club Lido, I got to talk to JD from Shipwreck.

Mostly we talked about fortydaysrain, but we also managed to talk some Boston sports talk.

Dude’s mostly a Bruins head, but he can hang with the Celtics. No one could have predicted some of Sheed’s antics though. Whoooooffffff.

Boston Hardcore, represent.

Now maybe you are a Nets fan (LOL, like the Nets have any fans). Then this jersey is probably more appropriate. Take to the courts in style.

Post game, throw on this Mother Of Mercy tank top. Casali is looking for some good Mother Of Mercy gear. But please, no tank tops. The beach community will thank you. This particular tank was sold at the Sound And Fury Fest in 2008.
