I dont think I remember this Right Brigade shirt that marfeline is selling. I went to a lot of Right Brigade gigs and picked up a lot of Right Brigade merch. This shirt is drawing a total blank on me. Anyone have any idea when this came out? Looks like the band made them cause it doesnt look like the ink was set all the way. We havnt posted up much RB merch recently but im glad this came up because now im listening to the demo. I suggest you do the same.

I always loved this shirt. It came in two colorways. This white on black version and also a blue on grey shirt. Both were sold around the same time. I dont remember the exact gig I got mine at but it was somewhere up in Mass and IME played. I really wish I could use my brain power for remembering good things instead of all this useless information like where I bought tshirts 10 years ago. I wonder if x614x got his at the same gig?

I have this shirt and I love it. The problem is is that its a little too small for me. I wear it occasionally but my girl wears it more than me. What I really love about my particular shirt is that I can trace the lineage of its owners. Standhard got it at some music place in a giant pile of shirts in Rochester NY, then Clevo had it, then Spaulding, and finally to me(or my girl) where it will probably die. Maybe cokezero knows the lineage of his too?

heathens with more Boston love. Not my favorite RB shirt by far. How did they get stuck using a spade in the logo? It should have been a skinhead moshing. Anyways, I just put on the demo and Im still into it. Not saying im gonna listen to it everyday but it does hold a special place in my heart.

My random RB facts.
-I own one of the elusive “clevo sucks” cover 7″s
-The demo is the 2nd recording ive ever “sang” backups on.
-I still own the Bad Brains shirt that Jesse Standhard is wearing on the insert.
-Standhard typed out the lyrics to the demo at my grandmas house.
-In a folder with flyers and stuff I still have all the scraps of a papers with the hand written lyrics to the demo on them somewhere.

Bonus Fact
-Jesse Standhard loves my grandmothers pierogis(who doesnt?!?)

ROTP

I never liked Rain on the Parade(sorry dudes). I tried but it was whatever for me. I do how ever have the “full speed ahead” ep on green out of 97 and I remember the day I bought it clearly cause we got into a huge car accident on the way home from the show. We went to Stroudsburg, PA to see Floorpunch. My group of friends would travel pretty much anywhere to catch FP. It was an OK show. No stage but had a ton of fun. Before the gig Matt Summers sold those ROTP 7″s outside and they were going like hotcakes. I wanna say Erin Murphy got a Alone in a Crowd 7″ from summers too that day cause they were friends and we were jealous(pre ebay days). Fast forward to after the gig. We are driving home and its a pretty long drive. Its like a 3 hour drive. We finally get back to CT well past midnight and maybe like 20 mins from Erin`s house we go through the West Rock Tunnel on the Wilbur Cross Parkway in New Haven CT. Jesse Standhard and I are sleeping in the back and we are awoken when our car smashes into the wall of the tunnel and continues to bounce off the wall into the other side of the tunnel. I think we might have even hit the first side again. We were flying all over the backseat. Erin must have dozed off for a second. Shit sucked. We were all unhurt but the car was totalled. The long drive home was extended a few hours dealing with tow trucks, accident reports, and getting the rest of the way home. Shitty way to end a great night. Now whenever I flip through my records and see it I think back to that gig and that drive home. Safe to say xcactusdavex did not get into a car accident the day he got this shirt.

I feel like this Bad Brains shirt from lesliesuzanneivey used to pop up all the time. Now I feel like you hardly see it. Fun fact – this is the first Bad Brains shirt I ever owned. I got mine from Jesse Standhard(seen wearing it in the Right Brigade demo) in a trade for a Death Threat shirt which I then later regretted cause it was a dope Death Threat shirt. Jesse traded that DT shirt to another friend of mine who gave it to me cause I kept bothering him about it and in return I gave him an old Integrity shirt that was printed on a champion brand shirt. So in the end Im stoked cause I still have that BB shirt and I also still have the DT longsleeve. And that is my pointless story about this design of BB shirt.
I also have this shirt on a bright yellow shirt that I have never seen another of. Anyone else got a bright yellow one? Got any info on it?

I want to say this shirt from igren is the Insted shirt that I mention Standhard having before in this post. I kinda want to bid up on this one just for the memories. Its also funny how many memories of good friends I have because of a band that isnt even one of my top favorites. Great looking shirt that again has been ~~destroyed~~ tailored into a medium with no measurements given

Insted We`ll Make the Difference

Insted was huge for me in High School. I couldnt get enough of them and thier positivity. Now I still like them but I couldnt tell you the last time I listened to them. I bet you though I would have a blast at one of those reunion gigs they did a while back. The first person I ever knew that had an instead shirt was Jesse Standhard in high school. That was kind of a huge deal since this was all pre ebay. You actually had to be kinda lucky or know old dudes to get anything old be it shirts or records. Then again Standhard has always been a king among men so can you expect anything less?

getdown87 is selling a nice shirt. I dont think its Invasion or RJ’s related. I think it would be better classified as a Jesse Standhard appreciation Tee. If you are not personally friends with either of these dudes I wouldnt really see why you would want this shirt. I do so maybe Ill be bidding. Why wouldnt I want a JSH shirt?!?! Best dude.
