It looks like our good friend Kitzel is cleaning out more tshirts (I suggest you check them all as there are MANY, many cheap gems). This time around, he has a Tee Till Death tshirt. I’ve heard of this TTD crew … We still have a few of these (sadly, no XLs. Kitzel must have got the last one …) so here’s where you come in. It’s the weekend. It’s supposed to snow & rain. I’m sure this is going to ruin someones party night. No one wants to go out dressed as a slutty phlebotomist during weather like this (look it up if you don’t know it. It’s appropriate). Sucky times. So lets make the best of it. How about a giveaway? Live…Suburbia! giveaway Winner!

Giveaway! Free Stuff! Sleepwalkers Hardcore

Here’s the deal. Sleepwalkers is a great new hardcore band from Los Angeles. At first, it felt a little negative for me, but then after reading up on the lyrics, that posi angle shines through (or maybe that’s my PMA interpreting the words …). I’m digging it. During Sound And Fury, I stocked up on their tees, grabbed some mediums. Sadly, after washing one, it’s too small. So here’s the deal. I’m giving out ONE Sleepwalkers Devil tee. Drawing by ~~Marina Inoue~~ Nate himself, awesome pocket print / big back graphic. Always a great combo. I’m giving it up.

All you have to do is follow @SleepWalkersHC on twitter, and maybe give Nate your opinion on your favorite Sleepwalkers song. You can listen to the entire demo here. It’s definitely worth listening to if you have not.

Here at TeeTillDeath, we have our crew of people who like certain things. Jaybil loves JP core, Casali loves old Wishingwell tees, Morgado loves anything without sleeves, Lynn loves Raw Deal, Naidoo loves some grunge, … I like the rest … That obviously doesn’t cover the spectrum of core shirts. This is where you come in. Email us a link to what YOU think is interesting on ebay. That’s it. That’s all you have to do. Every email is an entry into the contest. Feel free to send us multiple emails. Or one email with MANY links. You have until 5pm to send us your link, and then the we’ll have people vote on their favorite “interesting” item. A couple of rules: it has to be core related. And it can’t be something we already posted. This has to be something different, something out there.

Live…Suburbia! Book Giveaway

Time for another contest! This time for Anthony Pappalardo(of Radio Silence, TYF, IME fame) and Max G. Morton’s(of 23, Indestructible Wolves of The Apocalypse Junkyard fame) new book Live … Suburbia!

If you haven’t heard of the book here is a brief intro of what to expect.

Live…Suburbia! is a collection of stories and images of the post-1960s subcultures that define America. It’s kids taking their urethane wheels to empty pools; picking British Punk in broad downstrokes and creating Hardcore. Live…Suburbia! is dedicated to denim devils twirling butterfly knives and hasty tags thrown down with Rust-Oleum touch-up paint stolen from your parent’s garage.

Documenting American subculture through images and anecdotes, from the juvenile KISS Army in oil-based face paint to the year punk broke, Live… Suburbia! celebrates the evolution of the teenage explorer. Rushing through years packed with ninjas, spike gauntlets, BMX dirt jumps, seven-ply skateboards, bathroom mohawks, skinheads, the straight edge, basement DJs, graffiti murals behind supermarkets, we finally arrive in the 1990s where it all collides.
