Toshiro Mifune Foundation

Toshiro Mifune Foundation sounds like a non-profit organization. In actuality, Toshiro Mifune is one of the greatest actors ever to come out of Japan and Foundation picked a great still to use on this tee being sold by gdoggondaroof. Honestly, I’m not sure which film this is from (Seven Samurai maybe?) but I do know that this tee was sold on tour last summer when Foundation was out supporting “When The Smoke Clears“. I own this same one, have worn it a handful of times and the print hasn’t cracked yet so that’s a good sign.

HAVE HEART 10-17 Edge Day Shirt Collection

Normally I would refrain from posting my own shit, but these are desperate times (not really, I just thought it would be an easy post). Among the 200 or so shirts I have for sale right now is this mini collection of last show Have Heart shirts. Only one of them was available to the general public i believe. The most in demand one seems to be this Have Heart Crew shirt made by Chucky “The Elk” Edge. This is the one I would keep if it were the right size, but Chucky being Chucky he didnt make any smalls.

The next two are a case of going to a show and coming home with a pile of shirts and not being sure where you got them, but you didnt pay for any of them.
I love this one, it reminds me of the cover of my Turning Point LP test. Maybe I should pull down the auction and keep it.

This is an obvious nod to the Yankees Suck 10-17-99 shirts from the last TYF show.

The eagle design was the one they were selling to the kids, in two colorways. There were hundreds left over and sold on the internet so I dont know why anyone would even bid on this but don’t let me stop you.

And for good measure heres the Foundation shirt sold at the show. We can now start checking off the names on the back.

When The Smoke Clears

atlxlifer is selling a pair of Foundation tees. The first I’m pretty sure you’ve seen before as it’s been a design they’ve sold in the past in various colorways though this one is limited to 50 he claims. The second was a tour exclusive featuring the artwork from their full length, “When The Smoke Clears”. Good look. Foundation Listens To Chokehold

Foundation is quite the touring machine having gone to Russia and getting ready to head to Japan early next year. They’ve had their fair share of merch but this is one of my favorites. xjoshuasmallx is selling the Chokehold rip shirt. He says it was limited and he’s right. I think they only sold them at Meantime’s last show and once they were gone, that was it. Nice 3 sided print including the straight edge sleeve print…great look.

Flip Ya Lidz

I’m real weird about hats. Most just tend to not fit me for some reason…maybe it’s the shape of my head. But for those of you who do wear hats regularly, badinplaid1223 has a few hats up you might be interested in.

Of all the companies that make hats, New Era fits me the worst. I have never bought one nor do I ever plan to but this Foundation hat is nice. Thankfully, it’s a Flexfit and in Atlanta Braves colors…good look.

I feel like Terror were the band that ushered in that New Era look and I feel like everyone I knew had one of these. Apparently, they aren’t being made anymore so if you’ve been looking for one, now’s your chance.

And for a change of pace, how about a Cruel Hand trucker hat. I wasn’t aware that bands were making these still but apparently they are.

Lastly, with winter coming you can keep your head warm with this Bracewar BIN knit hat.

Foundation Windbreaker, Atlanta Straight Edge

This year’s Edge Day was celebrated in Atlanta and who better to headline than Foundation. gale7719 has a windbreaker up showing the love for straight edge. Minor flaw in the missing button but pretty minimal if you ask me.

Foundation: The Bane Completist

As you know, I’m a Bane completist. It’s what I do. Keeps me off the streets, out of gang warfare, off the crack … Sure, all of those things. So here’s the question. Does this Foundation shirt from stagedive5 count as an essential piece of Bane merch? These were printed up for the 2009 Bane/Foundation tour. I don’t recall seeing these shirts on sale at the time, or I surely would have bought one. And I saw these two play a few times on that tour. AT the ICC with Suicide File and Alpha & Omega. Then in September at Valentine’s in Albany, and of course, at the Edge Day gig. So to the other Bane completists out there, does this shirt make your list?

Never Stops Raining Longsleeve

thrushmawsh302 has a killer longsleeve from Atlanta’s Foundation that was printed and sold as a preorder by our friend Sam at Triple B Records. Great full color design that looks like it was hardly worn. XXL…nice and roomy.
