xcactusdavex upped a VERY interesting Down To Nothing tee. I’m staring and staring. I’m checking the graphic, and it’s not making any sense. Am I blind or is that a bat-winged spider holding a chainsaw with robotic arms? Seriously, wtf is going on here?

Summer is upon us. Nothing says summer like mesh shorts and the beach. Grab these from xchatomanx and hit the surf. The ocean is cool, but my favorite swim spot was always Bulls Rock in West Boylston. Now, it’s certainly off the books, since it’s a reservoir, but it was always a great spot for jumping and swimming. Way better than the train bridge in West Boylston. You had to walk out pretty far along a path, maybe a mile, but the end result was worth it. The water was deep and there were a few ledges to jump from. One about 4″, one 8″ and one more like 12-16″. Watching Lou do a gainer off the top was fucking impressive. I know we escaped from the hot bowels of Worcester many times to enjoy this spot. Always brought a great crew. What’s your favorite swim spot?

A Leap Of Faith. #KOTF. Unless you are a Down To Nothing superfan, I’m guessing you have no idea what this tshirt looks like in full. Yes, the seller has dropped the ball by providing very little information about the tee and a terrible picture. Condition is unknown, size is almost unknown. LOL. I just noticed the fine print said “TANK TOP.” WHOOOOOFFFF Who would have guessed from the picture?

DTN x Young Jeezy

A few years back, the media sort of blew up on Young Jeezy. At the time, Young Jeezy was busy promoting himself threw a popular slogan and shirt design. It centered around a snowman. I’m sure you can guess what Jeezy’s snowman was all about. The media knew, and blew it up beyond belief. They claimed he was trying to get kids to sell cocaine by providing this child friendly image with the snowman. Of course, it blew over, and no one really gave a shit about his actions. But it sure makes a great Down To Nothing tee. Check DTN vs Young Jeezy.

I LOVE crewnecks. Good for fall, hanging at the beach in the evening, camping. Just about anything.

But you know what I hate? Bad pictures. What’s going on in these pictures? What was weird2109 thinking?

Take this excellent “hangin out is what we do best” crewneck. It’s supposedly a white ~~crewneck~~ tshirt**. From this picture, you’d never know. Any idea what condition it is in? Nope. No idea. White gear yellows pretty easy. Any idea if this has yellowed?

Or this great crewneck. Is that gold foil print? No idea. Is it 3D print? Potentially.

Down To Nothing is cool.

When they signed to Rev, I was genuinely psyched. Psyched for DTN, psyched for Rev, psyched for Hardcore.

And this hood does not disappoint.

Two Rev logos is a great look. Nods to the Chain Of Strength two revelation records logo tee. Great looking tshirt.

Growing up, I lived down the street from a place called The Dancing Bear. You can very well imagine what they sold there. Lots of glass pipes and tie dye.

Sadly, 2 years ago, it closed. After 15 years of business, they packed it in. It sucks to see little Mom and Pop shops forced to close. Hard to compete in this day and age, I guess.

Back to my youth. I was a big nordic skier. For those uninitiated, that’s cross-country skiing. There are some downhills, but there are likely more uphills. At the Dancing Bear, they had a tie dye longsleeve grateful dead bear tshirt where all the bears were skiing. Obviously, this was cool. I mean, seriously, I lived in Maine. Sidenote: the first kid at my school who got a tattoo got a piece of shirt Grateful Dead skull with the galaxy in the middle of it. Of course, he was cheap and only paid for the outline. It ended up looking like a map of Africa on his shoulder. Worst idea.

How about this Verse shirt? No info, but says 150 made. I bet that number is actually higher than what really dropped. Who knows?

Now this one is awesome. Not only is it tie dye, but it is also RED WHITE AND BLUE. Go America! The seller states it is a one off and further claims, “dont make this some wild collectible, just make it something you wear to celebrate the best hc band in years.” I gotta agree. Instead of bidding on it for ridiculous money, let me win it for cheap. I’ll celebrate the edge, america and Down To Nothing all at once.
