Is this Deadguy tshirt what you would have come out with? That’s what crushedonyou pulled during a late 90s go. I’m sure he got some other stuff, but I can’t tell you what. Think about it. Late 90s Victory Records. What good would there be to get? Some Hatebreed swag, I bet. But Strife and Earth Crisis has either moved on or moved on. You know? Think about it. What would you take from the late 90s Victory Catalog?

Deadguy Killing Music
Between this green Deadguy hoodie and the purple Deadguy tshirt my friend Geoff has, Victory definitely went non-conventional with their color choices. Sure, I’ve seen this in black but this strange green seems like a much better choice (not really). 4 bulldogs down the sleeve was the standard of the time for the label. Shipping is coming out of Germany but xilovemeatx is a guy I’ve traded with in the past and he always ships fast.
tinyest of Deadguys
When I saw the first pic for the Deadguy shirt I was like “This is not a bad look for a shirt”. I was kind of into it. Then I saw the second pic and realized that the first pic was some kind of macro shot of the graphic because that shit is tiny. Such a weird size. I feel like if a nerd character in an 80s high school movie was wearing this he would get punched multiple times in the chest by every jock character. Its like a little bullseye on your chest. I was never a huge deadguy fan and this shirt isnt helping the cause. Get yours fromcultzero
Death To False Metal
atlxlifer brings out a good one. Deadguy’s Victory Records debut “Fixation On A Coworker” is a banger, even 16 years later. Pins and Needles, all the time. This design was printed by Victory Records hence the quadruple bulldog sleeve print and was still in print up until recently. The tshirt that is, not the hoodie. The print looks to be in great shape with little to no cracking and to actually have it in an XL is a rarity. Most of the hoodies the label printed at the time were XXL. Just over 2 days left with no bids…someone scoop this up.
It’s all fun and games until someone puts lace on a DEADGUY shirt
We have featured items from seller jamamonster before. Same ridiculous description, but I feel that it needs to be posted again. And I quote,
“This shirt was purchased at a show years ago, professionally reconstructed and has been tucked away in storage ever since. This shirt has been reconstructed to have a scoup neckline. It’s pretty wicked and rare. It would best fit a chick who wears a up to a medium, you can also be busty and wear this shirt. Or a short male with a thin build who does’t care about about the neckline. It would also look super cute on a child. Perfect for the little punker in your life. The shirt has some stretch to it so it will hug your body in all the right places.”
Just throw them away lady. This just isn’t right.
Smells Like Dead Guy
Does it feel like we are seeing a lot of Nirvana rip off shirts lately? Was this a trend 10 years ago? The ones we’ve seen lately aren’t new (well, maybe that Lemuria one was). Oddly, I’ve never seen this particular Deadguy shirt before. The seller states “they are a band,” but I’ve never seen this one. Can I get a ruling from someone who lives in Florida? Chip, obviously.
Poster Power.
Get your frames ready, because seller bnahoum1974 has 4 cheaply started, quality looking posters up right now, and while none of them are a NYC Together comp poster, each one is still suitable for framing. Well, 3 out of 4 anyways.
Total late 90s post core stylee on this Rev COS reissue poster, but I still like it.
Ummmm what was that line up again? Time machine please.
Probably could have your frame be a little small, hide that pesky Victory Records logo. Doesn’t matter how small it is, a Victory bulldog is a Victory bulldog and must be shunned.
Converge. American Nightmare. Two bands with very distinctive visual styles, and this tour poster utilizes neither. Maybe this style is your thing; if so, go for it, but I’m not into it.
Death To False Barney
Remember that Death To False Metal Deadguy shirt I posted up just a few days back? It languished at $7 and ended with one bidder. This Death To False Metal (no, not that Death To False Metal, Jim), has a 9 day auction period and is already up to $5.50. The catch? It’s purple. Bright flipping purple. How is it that dudes didn’t jump on the black shirt, but a purple shirt gets bids? I’m so confused. I do appreciate the description from bnahoum1974, though.
It’s ugly, it’s purple, but it’s Deadguy. I have no clue what Tony Victory was rolling around in his bald head when he printed up shirts in this color, but I bought it anyway. Got on their ’96 tour when they played with Bloodlet at The Soul Kitchen in El Cajon, CA.
