A Carnivore longsleeve that isnt sketchy?

I could never get into Carnivore. Its not because half of their shirts are borderline (or blatantly) racist, they just kind of suck. Any band from NYC that puts symbols of a South Afrikan white power group on their shirts is always going to be stupid to me. no-other-way has one of the few non-sketchy Carnivore shirts. Good job getting rid of this one Klaas.

The weather’s been bouncing back and forth here in NY all day on this lazy Sunday afternoon, but one thing that never bounces back and forth are my feelings towards any Sean Taggart drawn, Cause For Alarm era, Agnostic Front tee. Case in point: this classic one being sold by nocturnal_lecher:

Even though it’s basically just the lp art, and even tho the back print is simple as all get out, this is still an all time great tee. Obviously. The darker, more simplified colors of the artwork gives it a little extra oomph too, not that it needs it.

Ending Soon Cause For Alarm shirt

Is there any interest in a Cause For Alarm shirt this Thanksgiving? This one has no bids at 10 bucks with a few hours left. This thing looks like that Victory Records design that was made for a minute, but it has two sides and no bulldog. It’s a Thanksgiving Miracle!

Cause For Alarm shirt

Ebay seller popmonster is selling what I believe to be an original Cause For Alarm shirt from some reunion shows they did in the late 80′s. Up until now, I had NO IDEA they did any reunion shows in the late 80′s, but thanks to our resident hardcore historian(cooch), I now have the power of greyskull.

This is a pretty slick looking shirt, and I really like the look of the back. I have no clue what is going on with the back other than the “Cause For Alarm” around the star, but I like. One of our faithful readers will surely fill us in on the back, so stay tuned.

This shirt is currently sitting at NO bids with 2+ days left on the auction block. If I were you, I would not bid on it so that I can get it for cheap. Thanks.

Oh man, I’m psyched! The seller alienrastapunk is back with more goods. Sadly, he hasn’t listed any raver pants this go around. BUT, he does have this very awesome Cause For Alarm tee up. When I saw CFA play in 1998, no one gave a shit. I don’t get it. I always thought this band was huge. Given the resurgence of reunions, I bet this band would go over like gangbusters these days. Oh well. If anyone from CFA is reading this post, I’d mosh. So would Clevo. Just saying …

Growing up in Maine (yeah, it always comes back to that), my music options seemed pretty narrow. This was pre-internet, and pre mailorder knowledge days. Honestly, in all my years, I’ve probably only mailordered 3 or 4 things. No joke. But back in the day, we had to get by on Thank You lists. That was my bread and butter.

I happened to come across Cause For Alarm one day while perusing my Old School To New School WarZone CD. I had never heard Cause For Alarm, but I could recall seeing the cover while flipping through CDs at Bull Moose. The next week, I picked it up. It was definitely well worth it. Great NYHC sound, lots of energy. I was feeling it all the way. Fast forward a few years, and I got the chance to see them in New Jersey. I can’t recall much about the set, but I remember it being quite enjoyable. At the time, seeing Bane and Ten Yard Fight overshadowed seeing CFA. Looking back, I wish I had paid more attention during their set.

As for this tee, I’d be super surprised if it did NOT have a doggie on the sleeve. This seems like perfect Victory Records merch. Note the pissy yellow grey tee too. Yay for the mid 90s. Great looks. Make sure to check out the other auctions from not2mesarahc. Dude doesn’t live too far from me. Wouldn’t be surprised if I knew the seller.
