Never seen this before in my life, so I’m taking him at his word that this is an OG piece of Flag merch. Quite frankly though, I don’t care if it is or isn’t. I have a Black Flag tee that somebody made in art class in 1987, and it’s awesome. So if someone made this on their own? Fine by me. It’s definitely old, it’s definitely cool as hell, and I definitely want it.

I lov a good vintag black flag shirt but there is no way I can verify if these are legit. Actually the first one I can tell you as fact that it is nowhere near vintage so that BIN price is just crazy.
The 2nd one is harder to tell. It looks like an old shirt but in my vintage select store diggings I see tons of fake old shirts. Even fake old vintage core tees. Including this design. Its usually a shite shirt with black ink or navy shirt with yellow. They shirts all look so old and the ink is worn through but it just feels off in your hand if youve handled enough old HC shirts. If you have any doubts try to track down chuck dukowski. He was on ebay for a minute selling stuff. Maybe he will verify?

I couldnt tell you if this shirt from jddc010 is really from 1985 or not. I have an old Black Flag shirt with just the bars logo and it also says copyright 1985 and the tag on the shirt is an SST brand shirt but There is no way in hell mine is from 1985. Maybe late 80s or early 90s by the feel and look of it. Either way an older BF shirt is an older BF shirt and that makes it cool. I may not like this record at all but that graphic was always cool to me. I also am kinda in love with the title of that record.

Loose Nut tour shirt

One of my all time favorite shirts! Obv its Black Flag and on top of it its a Black Flag tour shirt which in itself is pretty fucking cool. What I really love is that its on an orange shirt and that it matches the record. Such a good look. I picked up mine a couple of years ago and I couldnt be more stoked. It fits so perfect as well, which as you know is a crap shoot with old shirts. This is one of those shirts that always commands a high price and rightfully so. They arnt getting any easier to come by. Can you believe this shirt is 26 years old? Most people dont give up theirs unless they have to. Get yours from smcgill333.

WTF? Godsmack x Black Flag

Ugh, a loyal reader pointed out this tshirt to me, and now I want to claw my eyes out. I should thank that person for alerting me to the existence of a Godsmack Black Flag-esque tshirt, but I don’t know if I can. It’s not exact, but you know that is what they were going for. This shirt from letsrockteesinc is just bad. A while back, I worked with a lady who was good friends with Sully Godsmack. She even had a photo of him on her desk. Good friends. He sounded like a nice guy. Too bad he has to play such terrible music.

Vintage Black Flag Rag

When an American Flag has flown for as long as it can, it is taken down and destroyed. Frayed, ripped & dirty flags are not tolerated. These flags are burned and laid to rest. Someone should consider doing the same with this Black Flag shirt from jackburton24. Great shirt (not positive it’s original though), but it’s tour of duty is over. Let it go.
