Battery Youth Crew 95

x614x has a killer Battery shirt up right now. 1995 would roughly put this between the releases of “Only The Diehard Remain” and “Until The End”. The photo of Brian McTernan on the back was actually used as the cover for their split with Ignite, roughly also around the same time. The seller says the shirt feels thin so bear that in mind when bidding but overall it looks to be great shape for its age. The design was later updated to “Youth Crew 96″ when the Until The End record came out with a different photo on the back as well as a different colorway. Size? XL, what else.

Whatever It Takes, We’ll Stand Together

alliedtrailers is selling one of the three Battery shirts that Rev printed for the “Whatever It Takes” record. This is probably my least favorite of the three. No Rev logo either…not a bad design, just kinda bland. This was also printed on black.

Purple Battery Eaters

Yesterday, alliedtrailers put up a pair of Battery shirts. Today, he’s put up another one but goes way back and pulls out this Lost & Found original. It’s definitely interesting…I mean its purple and its got some Celtic (maybe?) thing going on the front. The back kinda reminds me of the Alternative Tentacles logo for some reason. This is one of the earliest designs from the band so you might want to keep an eye on this one.

Battery: DC Straight Edge

This would have been a perfect Edge Day post but alliedtrailers put these Battery shirts up this morning so I’ll make do with the day after Edge Day.

Later era Battery shirt from their days on Revelation. We’ve seen this one before and thankfully this is on a tee, not a hoodie. The design is just small and doesn’t work well in my opinion on a hoodie. Much more suitable on a tee. From what I can remember, this was printed on both black and navy shirts and the print was both red (like the one shown here) and a sort of sky blue.

Want to go a little older? How bout a ringer from their time on Conversion Records and their (arguably) best record, Until The End. I was alright with ringers back then…now, not so much but still a good look.

Battery – Until The Ringer

Is there anything more heinous than a ringer tee? I mean, I’d rather wear a navy tee than a ringer tee. In fact, I’d rather wear a navy Doughnuts XXL tee instead of a ringer tee. You know what I’m saying? But, god bless Conversion Records for putting out a 3 sided Battery ringer tee. They were stretching for that one. Gotta agree with alliedtrailers, we never see this one … in my opinion, for obvious reasons …

Battery Bonanza

You thought we were going to sleep on these tshirts from xcourierx didn’t you? With less than 12 hours to go, you would almost be right. Here’s why I almost let these pass me by. EVERY SHIRT IS TAILORED. Ugh. Just fucking terrible. The dude has 60 tshirts, and anything that isn’t Birds Of a Feather related, appears to be tailored. Sigh. Here’s the Battery lot. Advice: stay away from scissors, kids.

Pretty sure we’ve never seen this one before. Love, love, love that Revelation Records sleeve print. Not many short sleeved Rev shirts got the sleeve print. I’m a fan.

Solid longsleeve. BE WARNED this was “resized from XL to M.” UGH, FUCK, UGH. Who resizes a longsleeve?!?!?

Some more BIN’s just went up today from copiousamounts, and I failed to mention before; I’m a bit bummed to see how extreme his close ups are. Case in point, this bootleg Project X sweatshirt, which I’d really like to see in full…

We’ve All Got Choices To Make …

… Which one will you make? I’m guessing most of you are thinking “dark or white?” Or maybe “brussel sprouts or turnips?” Not me. My big choice will be “apple or chocolate pie?” And really, it’s not even a choice. 19 times out of 20, I’m picking apple pie. It’s barely a choice. My life isn’t a difficult one, I’m a simple guy. WTF? Holy Freaking Bobo!

Holy freaking bobo. Is this a real tshirt? Ok, well, we know it’s a real tshirt. BUT is it a real Battery tshirt? As in Battery, DC Straight Edge? Someone, please tell me it is not. This is the scariest mess of stain glass window meets traditional knot work. My mind is blown. Are there any Battery superfans out there clamoring for this tshirt? Wild. And of course, check those wizard sleeves.
