And The Tell A Friend Poll Results Are In!

Voting wrapped up on Monday for our first ever poll. We were psyched on the participation. Voting was certainly fast and furious (fast 5?). There were a few top dogs and a dark horse or two. And one guy was so excited about his chance of winning that he accidentally tempted some dudes to write scripts for anonymous robot voters! Crazy, for sure. But with all this voting, it seems like lots of friends were told about TTD. We like that. Very much. So without further ado, here’s the winning entry with 121 votes:

That’s right. Tom Z wins the big ass price (including the dope Mouthpiece longsleeve. It doesn’t even have wizard sleeves). So Tom Z, send us an email with your size and address. Exciting Times!

If you have a look around the site, you’ll see some new and interesting features. We’ve had plans to expand for a while and after furious testing, we’ve come to a happy place with all our new features. Here’s what you’ll see.

1. Brand new look and feel. JayBil built this template from the ground up. We’re very stoked on it.

2. You’ll notice the new page has spots for advertisements. We’re currently looking for a few great crews. If you are interested in advertising with us, hit us up, we’re a cheap date that really gets around.

3. We’ve added a new page called User Submissions. Now, instead of emailing us those tidbits (of course you still can), you can enter either the auction id, or the seller name. Then everyone can enjoy your find.

In conjunction with the brand new look, we’ve teamed with Shop Shogun on a new contest. Here’s the deal. Go follow @shop_shogun on twitter. Then retweet this post. That’s all you have to do. March photo contest

Congrats again to last month’s contest winner Mary. She has been hitting the gym hard, and is almost ready for power lifting competition.(Keep your eyes peeled Tumbusch.) Here at Tee Till Death headquarters, we were under the assumption that she was giving it to her man. OOPS! Sucks to be you dude!

Now onto the new contest. We still have a gaggle of shirts to give away, and this month we will be handing out 3 shirts. It is real easy to enter. All you need for entry is to add a picture of yourself wearing your favorite hardcore shirt to the March Photo Contest Album in the TeeTillDeath Facebook page

Is going to be a little different.

SPRINGFIELD – Firefighters have determined the cause of a fire that broke out in a duplex at 47-49 Willard Ave. early Saturday morning.

Fire Department spokesman Dennis G. Leger said the fire started in a power strip in the basement, causing the fire to break out at 49 Willard Ave.; the other side of the duplex was undamaged.

He said a 22-year-old man, Keith Freeman, smelled smoke and woke up his grandmother, Lula Griffin, 66, and got her outside. Leger said the first floor was gutted by fire and the second floor had heavy smoke damage. He estimated the damage at approximately $85,000. Griffin owns the duplex, Leger said.

Leger said 19 firefighters were on scene and were able to quickly put out the fire. The duplex had working smoke alarms, he said. The fire was reported at 4:37 a.m.

I don’t know if you know Keith, but I do. And he is seriously one of the chillest dudes out there. He’s posted comments here, and is always down for the core. You may recognize him from the band Alert. Great dude.
