The Fantasy Killer.
I never got this album (or this band for that matter). The artwork felt like a direct and weirdo Obey rip off. Maybe that is what they were going for, maybe that’s what they wanted. I don’t know. It just didn’t capture my attention.
It did sit in the Newbury Comic bin for many years though. I bet Tre owns this album.

That’s not a rip-off. I’m 99.99% sure that Shepard Fairey did the artwork.
